Itinerary

Day 1Arrival in Leh

Arrive in Leh and take the day to rest and acclimatize to the high altitude. Visit the Leh Market and explore the city.

Day 2Leh City Tour

Visit the Shanti Stupa, an iconic Buddhist monument with panoramic views of the city and surrounding mountains. .Explore the Leh Palace, a 17th-century palace that once served as the residence of the royal family of Ladakh. Visit the Namgyal Tsemo Monastery, a Buddhist monastery located on a hilltop with panoramic views of the city.

Day 3Pangong Lake

Take a scenic drive to Pangong Lake, one of the most beautiful high-altitude lakes in the world. Enjoy the stunning views of the lake and surrounding mountains. Spend the night in a campsite near the lake.

Day 4Nubra Valley

Drive to the Nubra Valley, a scenic valley known for its sand dunes, ancient monasteries, and quaint villages. Visit the Diskit Monastery, a 14th-century monastery famous for its 100-foot Maitreya Buddha statue. Enjoy a camel ride on the sand dunes.

Day 5Khardung La Pass

Drive to Khardung La Pass, one of the highest motorable passes in the world. Enjoy the breathtaking views of the high Himalayas. Return to Leh for the night.

Day 6Monastery Tour

Visit the Hemis Monastery, the largest and wealthiest Buddhist monastery in Ladakh. Visit the Thiksey Monastery, an impressive complex of buildings and stupas built on a hilltop. Explore the Shey Palace, a former royal residence that offers panoramic views of the surrounding mountains.
